Description: Thin Rcpp wrappers exposing magmaan's C++ functions for
        methods development and research, including frontier methods.
        The opinionated one-call package for ordinary users is
        'magmaan', which builds on this one. Self-contained: the C++
        core (plus the vendored PORT and QUADPACK routines) is compiled
        from sources vendored under cpp/src/ and linked against a
        system NLopt, so the package installs without CMake or a
        prebuilt library. Not CRAN-bound.
